Coated Paper

Coated paper is recommended when fibre free peels are required and/or when sealing to ridged or semi-ridged trays. Coated papers are suitable for ETO and Irradiation sterilisation. See below for stock material options and standard combinations for top and bottoms webs.

• Materials to suit different sterilisation methods available.
• Customised pouches can be supplied up to 2400mm long
• From 50mm upwards any widths are available, to a maximum of 960mm as straight top pouches
• Two side seal reel lengths are available up to 600 metres depending upon material options
• Chevron top pouch widths available from 50mm up to 530mm
• Available plain or printed up to a maximum of 6 colours
• Manufactured under BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and BS EN ISO 13485:2016
• Conforms to BS EN ISO11607-1:2019 and BS EN 868-5:2018
