As we are going through challenging and unprecedented times, I wanted to reach out to you with an update regarding our operations. We’re currently dealing with all orders within normal lead times with full production capacities. We follow stringently all guidelines set by the UK government in regards to hygiene, self-isolation in case of any cold symptoms and keeping physical distance to co-workers. Most of the office staff is working from home according to government guidelines in order to prevent virus spreading.
Westfield Medical Ltd is categorized as an “Essential Operation” and is therefore supported by the community to keep in full operation.
We have a daily management system in place to facilitate efficient communication and management of operations and supply chain. Customer services are partly home-based, but fully operational and ready to service you, as are members of the sales team.
